The Seed of The Serpent - A Problem With Scripture and Common Sense
This chapter takes on the theory, proposed by the late Victor Paul Wierwille of the Way International, that physical man of body and soul could get himself "born again of the Devil." This theory proposes that the Devil, or "Lucifer," can at any time catch a person "confessing the devil" as his Lord and thus gets imparted to that person "unholy spirit." People such as these were called "seed boys" in the Way.
The problem with this theory is that it makes the devil just as omniscient as God Himself for him to be able to do that. This theory puts the Devil on equal footing with God, therefore is disputed in scripture and detailed in this chapter. This theory also has continued on into splinter groups of the Way and has circulated all over the globe as the splinter groups grow. Almost all churches and theologians dispute this theory. The chapter tells why.
