-“Satan is a bassmaster”. He knows what lure to use, the color, where to cast, and how to work the lure. He uses his craftiness to hook and catch us and as we all know he doesn’t play to catch and release. •Just as the Bible states in 2 Corinthians 11:14 “But I am not surprised! Even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light”
-He knows our weakest link and targets the points in our lives that we struggle with most. Whether it be addiction, gossip, anger, or even jealousy, he uses those faults in our lives as a doorway to our heart giving him more and more opportunity to not only corrupt but take control of our lives.
-How do we combat this? Through prayer and time spent learning the word of God. As you progress in your relationship with Christ he opens your eyes in finding the slick and sly tricks of the devil commonly used to enter your life and gives you the tools to combat them! Keep your head in Gods word and He will give you the strength to fight back!
