American Christian author Stephen John Spencer tackles some of the greatest mysteries and questions facing Christendom today in his controversial new book on the mysteries of the Bible.  Spencer was born and raised in Massachusetts.  Following his tour in the Vietnam war, he was, like many of that time, not in society's mainstream.  Disillusioned, he took on a passion for finding God and was involved in the cult activities of the Seventies which, after several years of poverty, finally forced him on a journey to self-discovery.  After more than twenty years of being involved with the religious fringe, he broke away and began his own quest for the truth in Genesis and wanting to know why Jesus had to die for him.  It resulted in years of research and this book.  

Stephen John Spencer has a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio State University and an M.A. in Management from Antioch University.  He has taught Microeconomics and American Government at Owens Community College in Ohio.  Having more than thirty two years experience in religious organizations and researching the Bible, he continues to critically examine scripture finding the authenticity of the ancient texts and help others find or re-discover their relationship with Jesus Christ.  He currently lives in Ohio with his wife, Debra.
